how to build dist?

There's a SyncanyCore.jar. That's the distribution.

Try running it like this: java
-Djava.util.logging.config.file=logging.properties -jar SyncanyCore.jar -c
config.json *up*
Or like this: java -Djava.util.logging.config.file=logging.properties -jar
SyncanyCore.jar -c config.json *down*

The sync-up operation is mostly implemented, the sync-down not so much.
We're still working on that.

For something to actually happen when calling the "up" operation, you might
want to put some files in the syncanyData/localDir directory.
