How to use bug resolver plugin?

There's a plugin in the plugins folder called bugresolver.py, that should be able to mark bugs as fix committed. I'd like to be able to use this plugin, but I cannot find documentation about it.

What's the config file syntax for this plugin?

The bug resolver plugin is activated by default, no configuration needed.
