Does TimeVault save complete files or just diffs?

I have many large files that change very little every day. I would like to use TimeVault to have nightly backups of those files. However it looks like it would be inefficient if the complete file is saved in each snapshot, as opposed to just the changes from the previous snapshot. Does TimeVault save complete files or just changes?
