Just zsync or apt-get upgrade?

Hello, just wanna ask. To update the ISO, should I run zsync <the link> or just run sudo apt-get update && upgrade?

Hi,
If you want the newest CD image (ISO), then you must use zsync.

If you have installed the OS, you can run sudo apt-get upgrade.
