Hello,
thanks for reporting this, however this is not the right place for it, can you open a bug report with "ubuntu-bug linux" command in a terminal (ctrl+alt+t).
Just describe how this happened, how to reproduce it, and does it happen before. (And append this error message will be helpful)
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs

Thanks!
FAQ #2193: “XXXX is broken, I need to file a bug”.

Hi Po-Hsu,
thank you for answer, but unfortunately I can't send some information,
because I have re-installed Ubuntu(unfortunately) to Fedora. This is my
work PC and I didn't have time to wait with this. But, the scenario was:
when I start Synergy( Rational Synergy source control of IBM) the Ubuntu
was made logout and threw me away to the login screen. The my laptop has
new Intel Skylake HD Graphic card and looks like Ubuntu driver is no
working correct with him.
This is a maximum what I can to tell now, sorry, I very hope this may help
to you.

BR Alex
