What are the good repositories to keep our system up to date ?

Hi !
Sorry for this lame question, but i'm a bit uncertain about which depositories I should use :
There is this one :
http://ppa.launchpad.net/moblin/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
It seems related to the moblin ubuntu hacker's team.

But also :
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-moblin-remix/ppa/ubuntu karmic main (yours ?)

This depository is giving me the following error (sorry, it's in french) :

Le téléchargement de quelques fichiers d'index a échoué, ils ont été ignorés, ou les anciens ont été utilisés à la place. -(the last line tells me that the download of some files has been ignored.)

Is it normal that http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-moblin-remix/ does not exist ? Should I remove it ?
