Translate the site

Hi,

I would like to help translate more of the site then just the apps and sources. I looked at your translations tab but it's empty. Is there any way I could help translate?

I saw you added the translations to the site. I am new to launchpad but I understould that you need to add new languages before I can start translating. I would like to translate to Dutch, nl. Could you set that up?
