i want installed ubuntu but i haven't cd ubuntu..how i have ubuntu???

You have many possibilities:
1) download it from here: http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download Once downloaded, burn a CD and boot your computer from it.
2) go to https://shipit.ubuntu.com and order your cd(s). You can get many cds for free, but you will probably have to wait 4-6 weeks for the shipping.
3) buy the cd from a local distibutor. You can find a list here: http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/purchase
4) If you are italian, you can follow this procedure: http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/GruppoPromozione/ProgettoCDUbuntu
