Can you expand on "Does not function"

Its WAAAY too vague to be any use to anyone, most of all yourself

in your task bar there should be an icon or widget for a speaker

if you use your second mouse gesture or right click you should have a options menu

check to see that the volume is up or that you dont have a mute box on in your master volume

if thats not it just leave some more info

try going to your application>acesseries>terminal

type in alsamixer this should give you a g.u.i. and check there

if that doesnt work can you also try to install the pulse audio drivers under the

app>add/remove(ubuntu software)

dont give up let someone know if that works

Can you help with this problem?
