8.04: taskjuggler

Hi
From Synaptic I downloaded and installed taskjuggler (Project Management Software). I created a launcher and I got the icon from taskjuggler.
But if I click Open, nothing happens.
What do I have to do to open taskjuggler? Thanks in advance.
