Hei!

I am not quite sure at what you are refering to. BUt Feisty (7.04) recognizes your wireless network connections automatically when the wi-fi is turned on and the modus of the network-manager is in nomad (which is the default modus :).

Note the icon (applet) in the top right corner and click it in order to see the wireless connections available. WEP and WAP are supported for a broad range of wi-fi chipsets. I would recommend trying if yours work. The changes are 50-50 (as in everything right? ;)

So if you cannot seem to find the settings go to: System -> Administration -> Network and then choose your network type there. Shouldn't you find out about your problem please post again here, but be more specific in you question.

Good luck!

R
