Just keep everything updated. Open your terminal and run:

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade; sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

If you have Beta already installed RC rolls in automatically via updates.
RC is already out btw.

Simply doing regular upgrade using the System→Administration→Update manager press on "Verify" button and install the upgrades...

Also you can use zsync (you must install it) to keep your downloaded iso install image upgraded without download the iso again...

You will upgrade seamlessly to the release candidate as the servers are the same.

Can you help with this problem?
