no sound on my laptop need help i loaded ubuntu 10.04 not getting any sound at all.

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && bash ./alsa-info.sh

Hi

I have 10.10.

1: Call the Gnome Alsa Mixer. Check all the mutes and the loudness. The second bar, called Master M, is important.

Please execute step 2, then send us the full terminal output from step 3 and step 4 from the link above.
