Compile on Windows

Is it possible to compile posteler on Windows Xp X64....I am not a pro but If possible and maybe with a little direction, I would love to give it a try....I love postler and use it on both ubuntu and Elementary OS Jupiter......but at times I have top be in my windows and I would love to be able to compile it on windows or if someone had a windows exe file.....I do have val(a)IDE installed, but not sure if that would help..... Thanks for the Feedback!
