Edit /boot/grub/menu.lst and move the Windows entry before ### BEGIN AUTOMAGIC KERNELS LIST

You can use:

#sudo grub-set-default ENTRY

where ENTRY is the entry number of the option (in /boot(grub(menu.lst) you want to start (the count begin in zero).

Hello,

Did you figured out how to move the boot entry?

I want to install ubuntu together with Win/XP on the same pc.
I have a new empty computer.
I was told that I should first install a "double boot".
What is that & how do I do it?

Can you help with this problem?
