Google Chrome "FREEZES UP" on Precise Pangolin 122.04

Asked by Gerard Derksen

When I use Google Chrome (latest version) on Ubuntu12.04- 3.2.0-26 after a short while it freezes up and my pc is unusable, until I reboot into another version of Ubuntu (usually11.10) where everything works ok again, should I install a smaller browser such as Konqueror to save space on the partition being used- as you can tell I'm a novice.

You filed this under BleachBit, but it does not seem to have anything to do with BleachBit?

Thank you Andrew for pointing out that ERROR,

I didn't realize it was under the "BleachBit"heading, neverless the problem is still applicable to the 12.04 bootup

But the enquiry in regards to konqueror can be ignored, as I'll just uninstall it anyway.

                                                                                                                                                    Thanks Again

Can you help with this problem?
