Can't update Firefox 1.5 - 2

I can't update my firefox 1.5.07 to firefox 2 Please Make this updatable as fast as possible.

In order to help you, I would need to know the version of Ubuntu you're running. Assuming that you are running Ubuntu 6.06 LTS, you will have to update to Ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy Eft). If you are already running Ubuntu 6.10 (or tried to upgrade to), then this is another problem.

Its for 1.5 atm but just change things to fit your needs. I will look at updating it for 2.0 sometime today.

Sorry but firefox 2.0 will not be updated for dapper. Dapper is a stable release and adding new packages is not a good idea in any stable release it can render it unstalbe and thats not good for anyone. I thought that Dapper Drake hve a long time support. And on the mozzila website I read that after april '07 no more security updates will be given for firefox 1.5. How this problem will be solved?
