I am looking for Linberry desktop or alternate program to run my BlackBerry as a modem

I am looking for a program l can download to use my BlackBerry smartphone as a modem for internet connection. I have tried to dowload Linberry but the link is not valid anymore. On my Crackberry page a post suggested an open sync plugin so l opened a terminal and tried to get this alternate solution and files could not be found. As l am new to Ubuntu l am reaching out for some assistance from the comunity. l am running Ubuntu 12.04 lts and its up to date. Any suggestions would be appreciated> Thanks
