Want to set up Chromecast with Lubuntu. I installed the Chromium web browser which brought me to the set up page. But then it says must have a Mac OS or Windows.

I have a 42 inch Visio flat screen. It has three HMDI ports. Roku is working fine on HDMI 1. Directv is working fine on HMDI 2. I have the Chrome cast on HDMI 3. I installed the Chromium web browser like the site said to do. But then it says I need a laptop or Android device. Plus it says I must use Windows or Mac OS to finish the set up. Is there a work around?
