nVidia Support
Hi, I am new to Ubuntu and am not really familiar with the OS, so any extra details would be nice.
I usually use my computer for games, and I installed steam and DOTA 2. I have a g74sx, which has a geforce 560M graphics card. When i started playing I had to set my graphics really low, i thought this was because of my graphics driver not being used or the latest driver was not installed... or something.
I did some searching around and found bumblebee, https:/
and used the installation guide for 13.10 and later. I assumed, from the way they phrased it, that i would allow me to use my nvida driver. I restarted and now my computer is at a very low resolution (I think I screwed up somewhere).
Can you help me get my computer back to the right resolution, and get my steam games running up to speed. I saw on reddit posts that games run very well (on high quality) for other users, even one person with my same graphics card.
Any help would be nice, so far it seems that this community is a great one to be a part of.
