[gutsy] firefox doesnt close down properly when logging off
Asked by

If you leave a firefox window open and log off, when you log back in
and start firefox again, you will get a message about firefox
not being shutdown properly, giving you a choice to start a
new session or continue with the old session
shouldn't the window manager or xorg send sigterm to all
the applications started with the wm ?
shouldn't xorg or applications running on top of it ensure a clean
shutdown when the user logs off ?
