I can't seem to be able to access the screenshot. Can you write out what the error says. I will try to help you.

I hosted it elsewhere, because my english is not good enough to explain the problem.

It looks like your NTFS partition is some way corrupted. This can be because you've exited Windows not properly (the last time you've exited it), or there can be other problems with that partition. As there are no tools that I know about in Ubuntu to fix broken NTFS partitions, the best idea is to boot Windows and try fixing it from there (at least exit Windows properly, or use fsck in Windows if that doesn't help).

Better use FAT 32 Format for windows,
In my pc i am using FAT32 for windows and i can access all the fat32 easily and NTFS is not visible in ubuntu 8.04 version i am using.
as windows can not see ext3 sasme way linux can not see NTFS also
just conver one NTFS into FAT32 and you will find that partition is available to be used for linus as well as windows
Thanks
Hope it serves your purpose

Rajinder, Ubuntu supports NTFS (though it doesn't support NTFS ACLs), with the upcoming 8.04 "Hardy Heron" supporting NTFS writing by default.

Can you help with this problem?
