You can't send screenshots to the ubuntu answer tracker, Jordan.

Please just copy & paste the results of the two commands to the launchpad service at: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/30494

There are some ways to transfer installation packages between Windows and Ubuntu. The most simple way -in terms of usability- would be to:

1) Download and Install VirtualBox for Windows (http://virtualbox.org)
2) Install Hardy Heron inside VirtualBox (will use your existing internet connection from windows)
3) Install AptOnCD (apt://aptoncd) on Ubuntu Hardy
4) Update the whole system and install gppp
5) Use AptOnCD to create a update and installation CD for your "real" Ubuntu Installation
6) Boot into your "real" Ubuntu installation and add the CD to your repository list
7) Update your system and install gpp

Can you help with this problem?
