Pinging google.com does not work. This is the result of ifconfig -a:
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0C:E5:9C:2D:E3

The numbers in the RX bytes and RX packets (of eth0) are constantly getting bigger.
The customer support guy told me that my computer detected my cable usb modem, but that I just needed a dialer. He told me to go to www.cables.
Thanks

Looking at the zip file, I think you need to execute the INSTALL file as root, i.e.
sudo ./INSTALL

Looking at the zip file, there is no documentation included. It seems you just execute the ./INSTALL file and follow the instructions.

When I click the install file it opens up the terminal and after half a second it closes the terminal. Then I open up fire fox and it doesnt work.

To fix this problem I called up the customer service. They sent me a disc in the mail. In that disc there was a script which I had to install. From now on I just click on that scripts and it connects me to the net. Its a PPP connection...
