Can't/Don't have restricted drivers

I click system then administration and there is no restricted drivers.
 help..... plz
this is a nubbish question but yet I just can't find it is not there.....

Not sure if this will help
But if you install EnvyNG it will install the drivers for you if you type envyng into Synaptic Package Manager you will find it there
it installs the drivers for ATI and Nvidia
Have a read though the program to install, I have the 2nd 3rd and 4th boxes (starting from the top) ticked but there other one in there so have a look.
