Hi i am trying to get my system to start the ATI rage 128 but it says no propiertarty drivers are on the system how can i get them on?

when i look for "restricted driver manager" it not on my system i am running 8.4 on this system can't find what all the forms say i neecd to look in any help would be app.

(The "Restricted Drivers Manager" is now called simply "Hardware Drivers" and is under the System menu, Administration.)

thx i looked there and it not bring up my card at all i have read alll the forms on it and still can't find out how to get the card to show there
