i have deleted the panel on which the applications minimized use to sit, but now i added another panel, even after that the minimized applications are not residing there. please get rid of me from this

To get rid of the panel right click on it and go to "Delete This Panel."

If you want minimized applications to reside there, however, right click on the Panel. Go to "Add to Panel" and look through the list for "Window List" (it's at the bottom of the list).

Then click "+Add" on the bottom. This will add your window selector back.

thnks craig, this solved my problem. thanks a lot. please give me ur mail id, i need to discuss many more things with you regarding Linux. Am working on GTK+, if you know on that then it will be a great help for me
