Chrome is a foreign package from outside Ubuntu.
Your question is out of scope for this Ubuntu question area.
What's supported in Ubuntu is chromium-browser which is the "free software" version.
For diagnostic purposes, what is the output of the following commands:
uname -a
lsb_release -crid
grep -i -e chrom -e googl /etc/apt/
apt policy chrome chromium-browser

If you run:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
Does the browser update OK?

I have ran the two commands three times since I reinstalled Chrome. No, it does not update Chrome.

1. What is the output of the command
dpkg -l | grep -i chrom
2. From your output:
/etc/apt/
# deb [arch=amd64] https:/
It seems that the link to the repository for chrome on the google pages is disabled. That probably is the reason that chrome has lost the information how to upgrade.
I assume that re-enabling the google-chrome repository will allow updates with the apt command again.
3. You are installing new kernels for both the 5.15 and the 5.19 family. This looks weird to me. You should consider uninstalling the linux-generic and linux-generic-

Note kernel 5.15 is gone.
Terminal does not upgrade some packages, but Synapitc P. M. does. I do not remember 20.04 doing this.
I googled re-installing the google-chrome repository, but all I got was how to install Chrome.

Try the following:
Open a terminal window and issue the command
sudo gedit /etc/apt/
In the editor window that opens remove the comment indicator (hash sign and space) from the line that reads
# deb [arch=amd64] https:/
making it
deb [arch=amd64] https:/
Save the file, close the editor and execute
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
Does it now update Google Chrome?

Thank You!
That solved the updating of Chrome. I have added Chromium, and will use it.
