how to import all of my mails from windows to ubuntu.

hi
i have all of my mails in outlook in my windows. but older mails got erased in my mail server. so i have all of my mails only in outlook. now how to shift all that mails from outlook to thunderbird or evelution mail ?????
can u please help me out ?????
