how to use "Answers" of Ubuntu on Launchpad

I am new to Ubuntu and OO.O. I have several questions even after spending hours in the help sections of both programs. But first, do you have instructions on how to use this "Answers" site?

The tour and guide of Launchpad did not help me. Perhaps I missed something.

Ask a question about whatever you need just like you asked this one.

Sometimes when you or other users ask a new question someone might group your question to the related package without give you a real answer.

So while you wait for an answer, you can look into already answered grouped questions for your issue.

This is a good method to solve by yourself the issue or question you have asked.

Some question like this have not a real package related so isn't grouped.
