Can not run 9.10 from pendrive

here is a link, other person have also the same problem

I have Acer Aspire One and i was trying to install 9.10 nbr
I was trying to create bootable pendrive with dd and imagewriter but i can't.
There is no problem on Jaunty with the same image writing software and hardware configuration

Try this:

1. Stick the Live CD and USB into another computer.
2. Run "USB Startup Disk Creator", or what it's called.
3. Use the Live CD to install Ubuntu to the USB drive.

Then try booting the USB on your Acer computer.

thank you, i'll try as soon as i'll find windows machine (it was not
working on winxp VirtualBox for some reason, despite my usb drive was
reconized)and let you know if it solved a problem.

It works fine now. I had to disable ability to write a files on free space left(it was crashing ubuntu at start)
