trouble updating 7.04 -> 7.10

When I try to upgrade to 7.10 I get the message:

"Could not find release notes. The server may be overloaded".

Not sure what to do?

umm thats a real old version. i would download the iso and burn it if you want to upgrade to 7.10 you do know that 9.10 is the new version and 7.04 and 7.10 are really old

how and where do I do that? I haven't had this computer plugged in for about a year now.

ok go to ubuntu.com and download the new iso for 9.10 its under download
