test gives me this warning message everytime i login :
DISK HAS MANY BAD SECTORS
Realocated Sector Count : 196638
It also tels me to buckup all information and replace my HDD. I have a HP Pavillion dv2000 notebook with Hitachi HDD. From what I see, it might be a bug.
Please help !

It happened to me too, and the disk was indeed faulty. I could barely recover my information using a live CD.

I suggest you backup immediately.

dont worry about it
just ignore it -> System -> preferences -> startup applications -> uncheck Disk notifications
