Installer doesnt ask about GMT

Ubuntu Live installer doesn't ask if my system clock is set to local time or GMT.

This makes Ubuntu mess up my time in windows.

Please, file it as a bug. But to stop Ubuntu from messing up your Windows clock, after instaled, in the System menu, you can configure your clock zone.
