Sound problem

i just set up ubuntu on my notebook....i'm new user
i face alot of problem
my first problem is about sound
it doesnt work form the integrated speaker
it only work when i connect headphone.........pls help me
and thanx

Hi

I have 10.10.

1: Call the Gnome Alsa Mixer. Check all the mutes and the loudness. The second bar, called Master M, is important.
