Reporting a problem in Oneiric

Ive installed Ubuntu 11.10 AMD64
The following window pops up:

System program problem detected
Do you want to report the problem now?

If I choose 'cancel', the window pops back up. If I choose 'report problem', and type in my passwd...it goes away and comes back. Now, I just send it to another workspace and ignore. I don't know if the devs are aware of it, so I sent this to Launchpad.
