Attempting to access to Bug #1352384 returns error ID OOPS-d327e1681116a93315db08247f36bf2b, what should I do now?
I had a problem report pop up relating to a failed alarm/alter from Evolution. After attempting to submit the report details it said that the problem was already reported under Bug #1352384 and that I should add any details I can to that bug in the window that is about to open.
The window that opened was showing:
"Lost something?
This page does not exist, or you may not have permission to see it.
If you have been to this page before, it is possible it has been removed.
If you got here from a link elsewhere on Launchpad, sorry about that. We’ve recorded the problem, and we’ll fix it as soon as we can.
Otherwise, complain to the maintainers of the page that linked here."
I tried to look about a bit and see if I could find out what to do and the suggestions seem to be that I could ask to be CCed on Bug #1352384 by contacting the maintainers who are running that bug. I cannot see who they are though without some access to the bug. When I did a search for it I ended up back at a similar looking reults page to the one above and was informed:
"If this is blocking your work, let us know by asking a question at Launchpad Support. Include the error ID OOPS-d327e1681116a93315db08247f36bf2b in your message."
Can/should I try to create a non-private duplicate somehow? I am guessing this might be possible from the apport command line. Is it possible to grant me access to the original bug, and would doing so allow me to add details if the problem repeats?
