installing vuze

having difficulty trying to get vuze to go.
my son wrongly
tried to use port 110 which is already in use.

In my Tools/Configuration option I have Incoming TCP listen port and UDP listen port set to 13540.
Maybe this will help you.

i found tools configuration but couldnt find a listening port?
I tried different numbers but no success
