Error Messages on Vuze/Vuze Keeps Restarting Automatically after i exit it.

Hello Guru's
I have these Error Messages/and issues every time i execute Vuze to start

The First Error states
"INSTALLATION OF AT LEAST ONE COMPONENT FAILED. SEE AZUREUSWIKI:FAILED UPDATE [install.act.swt.jar]

The Second Error States
"THE LOCATION '/USR/SHARE/VUZE' ISN'T WRITABLE, THIS UPDATE WILL PROBABLY FAIL. CHECK PERMISSIONS AND RETRY THE UPDATE"

ALSO*****My Vuze Keeps asking for restarting every time i opened it.*****
ALSO*****How can i stop Vuze asking me to update it i don't want the update version of it.*****
ALSO*****Every time i exit Vuze it automatically open itself back on i don't want this as well*****

Can Some Guru Please tell me what a heck to resolve this?
