Apple Bluetooth Keyboard (Al) and 8.10
Hi,
I recently upgraded from (iirc) 8.04 to 8.10, and my Apple Bluetooth Keyboard (Al model) has stopped working.
I've looked through the forums and tried various things, but none of them work.
I know the keyboard is working since I can use it on other computers (eg Nokia E90).
My computer is a Lenovo T61.
'hcitool scan' shows that it sees my keyboard is there, but the bluetooth device wizard doesn't show anything - actually it doesn't show my Nokia E90 either (visibility is set to all).
My /etc/default/
BLUETOOTH_ENABLED=1
HID2HCI_ENABLED=1
#HID2HCI_UNDO=1
HIDD_ENABLED=1
HIDD_OPTIONS=" --server --connect 00:1B:63:FC:32:15"
The address there is the one for my keyboard, as I noted down from my 8.04 setup, and also as reported by hcitool (so it hasn't changed).
If I switch on my keyboard (so that the green led is double flashing) and try 'hidd --server --connect 00:1B:63:FC:32:15' it responds by saying 'Can't get device information: Host is down'.
How should I get my keyboard working?
Max.
