press alt+f2
type:
gnome-terminal
press enter
paste the line I gave into terminal and press enter
paste the output here as an update

And if you want to know what does commands supposed by actionparsnip do type in the terminal
man lsusb (hit Enter)
man lshw (hit Enter).
