Windows menu missing

I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04. Everything was okay. However, I was prodding with the Compiz settings (or what is Compfiz settings? I don't remember) and then the desktop bar (above) and the launcher and all windows menu bars are missing. I don't remember what I did @.@ I can't do anything now except opening some files on my desktop. At a lost .... please help. Thank you in advance

Try:

gconftool --recursive-unset /apps/panel && killall gnome-panel

Do the command below from your Terminal:

unity --reset
