Maximised Window incorrectly is migrated to Workspace One

Using Compiz and four workspaces.

Maximize an application in workspace 2, 3 or 4.

Change the workspace and the maximised window windowfrom Workspace 2, 3 and 4 incorrectly migrates to Workspace 1 (and only workspace 1)

Is there a setting I'm missing?
