compiz and dual screens 7.10

Hi, So I just installed ubuntu over my old kubuntu installation. Its running 7.10. The menus in screens and graphics were not detecting my settings correctly so I went ahead and edited my xorg just to use the resolutions I knew worked. I changed the mode for both monitors to only use the resolution I wanted.

What I did notice after enabling my second monitor was that compiz stopped working. I am using xineorama, but would that affect compiz?
When I run the command: compiz
in console I get the following message

Any ideas on how to fix this?
