CUPS-PDF

CUPS-PDF how to with Dapper Ubuntu.
I did download the package Ubuntu did install then an update was find and installed.
 When I restart cups I do not see the virtual PDF printer when I try to add a printer.
CUPS-PDF install on the folder /usr/lib.cups/backend/cups-pdf binary
What should be the model for CUPS-PDF?

I also installed this package and found that it only added a PDF printer to Gnome applications. Can you open the text editor (Applications > Accessories > Text Editor), type some words and click print. Does a "Create a PDF document" appear in the printer list?

OK, ya, in gnome applications there is a "Create a PDF document" available from File > Print. But not in Firefox. Is there another trick to get it to show in FireFox?
