I cant eject Ubuntu disk

I loaned my Mac mini to a friend who returned it to me with a ubuntu disk still inside. when I try ejecting i get this error code:
"DBus error org.gtk.Private.RemoteVolumeMonitor.Failed: An operation is already pending"There is data that needs to be written to device Ubuntu 10.10 ppc before it can be removed
What can I do?

sounds like your friend totally messed up your computer. it's a hardware issue.
as this is a mac hardware problem, you best bet is to ask at a mac forum

Could you try eject button (it there's such a button on a Mac) at boot before OS take the hand on system.
