ekiga registration fails

I have an account with Ekiga and can successfully acces it through the web portal. However, when I start Ekiga, it tells me "registration failed". All information given has been checked and is accurate and the process works on other people's computers, but not my home one. I suspect this may be due to my router. I have STUN enabled. What further information can I provide in order for someone to help me?

Hi,

This can be due to a router having SIP capabilities. Some of them rewrite the IP address in packets and as you use STUN, it confuses Ekiga.

Can you try this :
Either stop using STUN in Ekiga or disabling SIP capabilities in your router if any ?
