Ringcentral setup

Hello all, I'm using ekiga 3.2.0 on ubuntu jaunty. I am having problems setting up with Ringcentral. Their setup instructinons give the following values:
sip domain: sip.ringcentral
outbound proxy: sip.ringcentral.com
user name: [withheld, it's my phone number]
password: [withheld]
auth id: [withheld, same as password]
I have set up an ekiga sip account with the outbound proxy set as above,
registrar set as the sip domain above, user set as user name above and password set as above. I'm getting 'Security Check failed' when I try to dial out. Any ideas?
