Notification popups for Empathy?

Is there a way of making Empathy pop up a window when someone starts a conversation with me? I find it hard to notice the little 'ping' noise it makes, so a pop up would help. Anyone know if there's a way of doing it?

I'm very new to Ubuntu by the way.

Celebgil, There is already a bug report open for this which hopefully will get fixed for Lucid.

Can you help with this problem?
