Is there a way to divide Firefox frame to have two windows?

Hi all, I would like to divide my Firefox screen to have two windows. I need it for comparison and other things.

starting firefox two times and using two windows (instead of one that is split) is not an option?

Opening two firefox windows is a bit of a clumsy work-around. It's difficult to move tabs from one window to the other and stuff
